Job Requirements
- Senior QA profile (strong autonomy required)
- AI-Native QA – Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to explore codebases, generate or improve tests, debug issues, and identify root causes
- Advanced Browser Automation via MCP – Expertise in Playwright or Puppeteer MCP, Chrome DevTools MCP / browser protocols; able to simulate complex user behavior and debug browser-level issues
- Autonomous Codebase Exploration – Able to independently explore large React / Next.js applications, understand system structure, identify coverage gaps, and propose improvements proactively
- Comfortable working with: Ambiguity, Incomplete specs, Fast iterations

• The Quality Assurance & Field Auditor serves as an independent operational auditor responsible for evaluating station performance across all TFG Aviation companies and service lines. • Conduct announced and unannounced operational audits at assigned stations. • Evaluate station performance using standardized audit tools and scoring methodologies. • Perform comprehensive assessments across all operational departments and lines of business. • Validate operational execution against company standards and customer expectations. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports following each station visit. • Partner with operational leaders to improve station performance. • Identify operational risks and escalate significant findings immediately to Service Delivery Leadership.
• Responsible for ensuring case reports are of the highest quality and integrity. • Handle quality assurance questions and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department. • Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews. • Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales have been provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations. • Ensure that all client instructions and specifications have been followed and that all questions have been addressed. • Verify that the peer reviewer has attested to only the facts and that no evidence of reviewer conflict of interest exists. • Assist in resolution of client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
