• Build a structured experimentation system from idea to execution • Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey • Challenge product, UX and business decisions using data • Help teams prioritise what should actually be built • Create a framework to collect, organise and prioritise ideas across teams • Define hypotheses, success metrics and experimentation plans • Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and marketplace performance • Analyse user behaviour and business performance using data • Work with Product and Engineering to execute experiments • Measure results and document learnings • Mentor teams on experimentation best practices and contribute to building a strong experimentation culture
• Own QA for each release from start to production • Master end-to-end user flows • Identify: Edge cases, Logical inconsistencies, UX issues, Technical or data-related risks • Challenge product and UX choices when necessary • Structure and prioritize QA feedback for developers • Collaborate closely with the CTO during iterations • Help define a solid QA approach even with incomplete specs
• Help integrate AI across the product lifecycle. • Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives. • Stay engaged with the CEO in decision-making processes. • Work on various product and business projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Bubble applications. • Navigate the roadmap like a pro, but don't shy away from throwing in your two cents for improvements. • Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Bubble's no-code platform. • Develop the back-end logic, server-side components, and databases to ensure the seamless functioning of the application. • Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and plugins to amp up our website's functionality. • Keep the innovation flame alive by suggesting and implementing new processes, designs, and engineering practices. • Always be in Test, Learn, and Iterate mode.
