Job Description

Territory Manager

iCEV

• Responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Develops and implements sales strategies to drive revenue growth in a defined geographic territory. • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the territory. • Builds and maintains relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborates with other members of the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. • Conducts market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify potential new opportunities. • Provides regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. • Attends industry events and conferences to represent the company and identify new leads. • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and industry partners. • Manages the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. • Travels frequently within the defined territory to meet with clients and prospects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education industry.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CTE education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
