Role Description As our Agency team continues to scale HubSpot implementations and CRM strategy for home builder partners nationwide, New Home Star is adding a dedicated Project Manager, HubSpot & CRM Operations to drive operational excellence across all CRM-related initiatives. This is not a traditional client-facing sales role. Instead, this position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and accountability, ensuring our CRM implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional operational precision. If you thrive in structured environments, love building order from complexity, and understand that CRM technology is both a revenue engine and an operational backbone, this role is for you. What You’ll Do - HubSpot Implementation Leadership: - Own and manage all HubSpot implementations from kickoff through go-live for home builder clients. - Develop and manage detailed implementation timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies. - Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across concurrent CRM initiatives. - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Serve as the primary internal point of coordination between strategy, execution, and technical teams. - Lead internal traffic management and intake meetings to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. - Monitor workload distribution and flag capacity risks early. - CRM Operations & Oversight: - Administer and oversee our HubSpot ticketing and support system. - Track and manage billable hours, scope changes, and resourcing alignment. - Support quoting and scoping for CRM projects and enhancements. - Coordinate CRM growth-plan initiatives to ensure alignment with broader client objectives. - Reporting & Communication: - Oversee CRM-related client communications, including status updates, milestones, and next steps. - Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly internal status reports. - Proactively identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep. Qualifications - Availability: Must be able to work traditional business hours operating in Central Time. - Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within CRM, SaaS, digital agency, or marketing operations environments. - Direct experience managing HubSpot implementations strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, automation, and reporting. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with precision. - Experience tracking scope, billable hours, and resource allocation. - Exceptional communication and organizational skills. - Highly proactive mindset with strong accountability. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google platform, and AI-driven tools is a plus. - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Benefits - Base salary range of $60,000- $70,000, biannual bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. - Encouraged time and financial resources to give back to your local community in meaningful ways.
