• Apply legal reasoning and litigation experience to evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated legal content, such as briefs, arguments, and memos. • Review and assess AI outputs for factual and legal accuracy, analytical rigor, and adherence to professional standards. • Provide detailed, written feedback identifying errors, logical inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in legal responses. • Contribute expert judgment on ambiguous or complex edge cases, informing model calibration for nuanced legal issues. • Draft or edit sample legal language and arguments to strengthen model understanding of varied litigation and practice scenarios. • Collaborate asynchronously with a cross-functional project team, incorporating iterative feedback and delivering clear written communication.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions and system updates related to CLS’s case management system. • Lead initiatives that increase the speed, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of CLS’s technology processes within our legal software (eg. case management). • Develop, document, and deliver training that equips staff to use tools and procedures that maximize efficiency. • Partner with Executive Leadership, supervisors, and frontline staff to map current case management, compliance, and grant administration workflows; identify inefficiencies; and redesign processes (including LegalServer 5 flow blocks) to reduce turnaround time, minimize manual effort, and improve service delivery. • Collaborate with the Director of Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to configure, test, and implement system enhancements that automate routine tasks, improve data integrity, and streamline case progression. • Troubleshoot and resolve operational and system issues in a timely manner; conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions to reduce recurrence. • Develop and deliver training, webinars, documentation, and job aids to support staff adoption of streamlined workflows and effective use of system tools to improve productivity and consistency. • Partner with Compliance and Finance to oversee the Electronic Time Verification system, ensuring accurate time tracking, payroll integration, and compliance-ready reporting for audits and budgeting.

Role Description Please Note: This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, Dutch fluency is required. This role involves: - Drafting, advising on, and negotiating commercial contracts. - Providing competent legal advice on a broad range of matters, including: - Data protection and privacy - Disputes - Intellectual Property (IP) - Employment - Real property - Advising on policy related to cyber security. - Liaising closely with the global legal team to ensure a consistent approach regarding risk, processes, and new services. Qualifications - Law Degree and admitted to practice law in the Netherlands or UK or other jurisdiction where NCC has an office and willing to be admitted to practice in UK or Netherlands. - Fluency in English and Dutch is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous. - Proven experience in commercial contracts and other relevant areas of law. - Experience in the technology sector and an interest in cyber security. - Experience working in an in-house legal environment is advantageous. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to apply commercial understanding and strategic input when providing support. - Awareness and understanding of potential risk factors and the ability to mitigate them effectively. - Positive, energetic, and committed to delivering results.
