Technical Training Specialist, DACH

Fieldpiece Instruments

• Serve as Fieldpiece's primary technical training representative within the region. • Design, develop, and continuously improve technical training content, presentations, curriculum, and supporting materials. • Deliver engaging technical product and application training to distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals. • Support and strengthen relationships with existing Fieldpiece training centers. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new training center partners. • Build and support the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network. • Provide technical training support to internal sales teams and distributor partners. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives. • Support trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry activities. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry trends, and Fieldpiece solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience within the HVACR industry, test and measurement industry, or professional tools market.
  • 2+ years of experience developing technical training content, curriculum, presentations, and learning materials.
  • 3+ years delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Role Description TechOp Solutions International is seeking an experienced Remote Manager to lead the training and quality assurance functions for a high-volume, remote call center. The Manager leads all training and quality assurance functions to ensure employees consistently deliver exceptional customer service while meeting organizational quality standards.
