Manager – Auto Dealership Services, Business Process Outsourcing

Citrin Cooperman

• Run the day-to-day financial operations of clients • Monitor team’s usage of internal procedures • Manage onshore and offshore staff • Assist in the preparation of financial statements • Manage communications with stakeholders • Review and resolve inaccuracies in accounting information • Advise on technical accounting decisions • Encourage ongoing improvement of internal operations

Job Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Knowledge and experience of GAAP
  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
  • Experience with Dealership Management Systems
  • Expert in Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
  • Experience in ERP implementation is a plus
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
