Director Supplier Network

• design, lead, and optimize HALO’s global supplier portfolio to improve margin, reliability, and speed-to-market • translate HALO’s growth strategy into a clear supplier vision • consolidate spend with strategic partners and expand capabilities in areas such as print-on-demand, point-of-sale, premium/recognition, and internal production • own end-to-end supplier performance, including economics, service, quality, compliance, and ESG alignment • build a high-performing team that partners closely with various departments • develop and maintain a multi-year supplier network strategy • lead consolidation efforts to drive a higher share of spend to top suppliers • build and manage a supplier scorecard framework to track performance • negotiate on commercial terms in partnership with Finance • partner with category leaders to build integrated supplier strategies

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, category management, or related roles
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building and developing multi-level teams
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements and improving margin through supplier strategy and execution
  • Experience leading portfolio consolidation and/or standing up new categories, capabilities, or internal production functions
  • Familiarity with ESG, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and communicate results
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Marketing in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
