Required Qualifications - 8+ years of insurance product development and product management experience. - Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of insurance products from concept through launch. - Strong facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. - Understanding of the U.S. Employee Benefits industry. - Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives with accountability. Preferred Qualifications - Supplemental Health product experience, including Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, or Hospital Indemnity products. - Experience with a competitor in the supplemental health or voluntary benefits marketplace. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience leveraging AI solutions to improve product development, analysis, or operational effectiveness. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for business case development, competitive analysis, and executive presentations. The expected salary range for this position is $107,000 - $132,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
