• Provide support to internal and external clients on complex topics related to retirement plans • Responsible for quality control and review for up to 200 small and mid-sized plans • Responsible for preparation of year-end compliance projects for up to 50 small and mid-sized plans • Responsible for answering questions and reviewing escalated or complex distributions • Assisting and completing complex projects and calculations such as missed deferral opportunities and plan audits • Assisting team members with research and consultation on plan administration projects • Interacting with Client Service Managers and Plan Sponsors on complex plan issues as the subject matter expert • Interacting with Plan Administrators to obtain answers on projects and help prioritize project completion • Collaborate with team members to improve departmental processes • Help meet individual, departmental, and company key performance indicators (KPIs)

- 3+ Years Retirement Plan Experience with a thorough understanding of retirement plan compliance

The consultancy will be managed by the UN Women Regional Office for the Arab States, under the direct supervision of the Regional WPS-HA Advisor. The consultant will maintain regular communication with the WPS team throughout the assignment, providing progress updates and flagging any methodological or contextual challenges in a timely manner. All key deliverables will be subject to review and approval by UN Women task manager prior to finalization. Critical considerations: - The analysis should be explicitly situated within the current regional context, examining how major events such as October 7 and the regional escalation (Iran and US/Israel conflict) and their aftermath have reshaped conflict dynamics, gender relations, and the WPS landscape across the Arab States region. - The analysis should resist broad regional generalizations and instead outline the distinct conflict typologies across the region, including conflict-affected fragile settings, post-conflict contexts, and countries in political transition.
