Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Virtual Automotive Sales Executive to support a busy used car dealership. This is a sales-focused role for someone with a strong automotive background who understands vehicle sales, lead management, and customer buying behaviour. Your primary responsibility will be responding to sales enquiries, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into showroom appointments and test drives. - Respond promptly to enquiries via Used Cars NI, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media. - Contact and qualify prospective customers. - Build rapport and maintain communication throughout the sales journey. - Book showroom appointments, vehicle viewings, and test drives. - Follow up with leads and ensure no sales opportunities are missed. - Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales systems. - Identify opportunities to improve lead handling and conversion rates. - Use your automotive sales experience to identify and recommend tools, systems, and process improvements that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and increase lead conversion rates. Qualifications - Previous experience in automotive sales, vehicle dealerships, or the motor trade. - Proven ability to convert sales enquiries into appointments. - Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience using CRM systems, email, WhatsApp Business, and social media. - Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven. Requirements - Speed of response to enquiries. - Number of appointments and test drives booked. - Lead follow-up completion rates. - Lead-to-appointment conversion rates. - Contribution to sales process improvements. Hardware Requirements - Computer or laptop with stable performance. - Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet (minimum 50 Mbps). - Headset compatible with VOIP systems. - Anti-virus installed. - UPS/Backup power for load shedding.
