• Design and responsibility for the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects. • Support for the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products. • Development of specific ServiceNow requirements and applications. • Customization of topic-specific modules and optimization of their use. • Implementation and coordination of interfaces to other systems. • Active support of projects and ensuring thorough documentation.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience.
  • Several years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
  • Enjoys clearly documenting complex issues and working in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for OMS, FSM, or SPM.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Scoped Applications, Update Sets).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and scripting concepts such as Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.

Role Description You will be the platform steward for ServiceNow, driving reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement. You’ll design scalable solutions, lead enhancements and integrations, and ensure compliance with CSV/GxP requirements. Partnering across IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, QA/ITQ, and business stakeholders, you’ll enable high-quality service delivery and measurable outcomes for the organization.
