Du verstehst Websites als strategische Plattform für Kommunikation, Marketing und Vertrieb. Du entwickelst auffindbare Inhalte, führst Nutzer intuitiv durch komplexe Themen und sorgst dafür, dass Content, Struktur und Technik optimal zusammenspielen. Dabei bewegst du dich sicher zwischen Storytelling, User Experience, Content Strategy und technischer Umsetzung und steuerst externe Agenturen sowie Entwicklungspartner professionell. Deine Herausforderungen - Entwicklung strategischer Content- und Website-Strategien für nationale und internationale Kunden. - Konzeption von Informationsarchitekturen, Navigationskonzepten und Nutzerführungen (User Journeys). - Entwicklung zielgruppenorientierter Content-Strategien entlang der Customer Journey. - Übersetzung komplexer Themen in verständliche digitale Informationsangebote. - Entwicklung von Themenarchitekturen, Landingpage-Konzepten und Content-Hubs. - Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Websites hinsichtlich Usability, Conversion, SEO und Nutzererlebnis. - Erstellung von Briefings und Anforderungskatalogen für Webagenturen und technische Dienstleister. - Fachliche Steuerung externer Entwickler, UX/UI-Designer und Digitalagenturen während Konzeption, Relaunch und Weiterentwicklung von Websites. - Sicherstellung der Qualität technischer Umsetzungen hinsichtlich Struktur, Performance, SEO und Benutzerfreundlichkeit. - Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Entwicklung, Redaktion, Marketing und Kommunikation. - Analyse der Website-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen. - Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools zur Content-Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung. Qualifications - Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Website Management oder in der strategischen Kommunikation. - Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Websites oder digitaler Kommunikationsplattformen. - Sehr gutes Verständnis von Informationsarchitektur, Navigation, User Experience und Customer Journeys. - Erfahrung in der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Content-Strategien und Website-Strukturen. - Sicherer Umgang mit SEO-Grundlagen sowie Content-Governance. - Technisches Grundverständnis von Content-Management-Systemen (z. B.
