• Support the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring system stability, usability, and performance. • Work closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to implement system enhancements and platform improvements. • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows. • Assist with user management, including account setup, permissions, and role-based access controls. • Provide frontline support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues and responding to support requests. • Collaborate with operations and support teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements. • Assist with maintaining data quality and integrity through monitoring, data cleanup, and governance practices. • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features. • Assist with the configuration and monitoring of AI-powered capabilities such as Agentforce agents and service automation workflows. • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to support internal knowledge sharing. • Maintain awareness of Sales Cloud processes and data structures to ensure alignment across the Salesforce platform.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
  • Basic familiarity with Sales Cloud concepts and objects to maintain cross-platform awareness.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Flow or automation tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI
