Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments
- Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery
- Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution
- A background in software development or engineering is preferred
