Primary responsibility of the Academic Program Management Officer 3 is the fiscal and programmatic oversight of the LAFAN network and the development, design and recommended strategies or activities intended to improve performance in quality and compliance with Ryan White and County of Los Angeles funding requirements. In this high visibility role, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with a wide variety of professionals, key partners, consumers, Network agency staff and other leaders in the community. Role Description The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a customer-facing, cross-functional role responsible for driving complex technical programs from early customer engagement through initial delivery and operational handoff.
