Find your future at Revvity This position will serve as a multifaceted Field Application Scientist (FAS) to facilitate seamless implementation of instruments, kits and/or other products manufactured or distributed by EUROIMMUN US, including their integrated companies of Oxford Immunotec (OI) and Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS). Excellent technical and communication skills are required for the FAS to positively interact with customers and company personnel. Successful candidates will be self-starters, who can independently manage their time and schedules; possess basic business acumen and effectively communicate skills at all levels within laboratories. Position Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US. - Successfully complete assigned implementation milestones to meet adherence of project timelines. - Coordinate with Field Service and assist, if necessary, with instrument installations. - Support, and where necessary lead, calls with customer during implementation and go live process. - Assist with interface to customer's Laboratory Information System. - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers to showcase the features and capabilities of EUROIMMUN products. - Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support during the sales process, including pre-sales presentations and post-sales support. - Document and share technical information, including customer feedback, product issues, and solutions, to ensure continuous improvement of products and services. - Travel to customer sites, conferences, workshops, and seminars to provide on site support, presentations, and training. - Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, application notes and educational materials to support customer's use of EUROIMMUN US products. - Maintain weekly administrative duties, such as project updates, customer activities, travel expenses and quality requirements. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - 3+ years lab experience and familiarity with immunofluorescence, ELISA and/or chemiluminescence - Must have a valid driver's license and a passport. Preferred Requirements: - A BS in Life Sciences, Biomedical engineering and/or technical discipline; or equivalent military training and experience, with emphasis on instrumentation and computers. - Four or more years' experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field preferred - Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding the basis for these assays - Experience with LIS connectivity (HL7, ASTM) preferred - Well-organized, able to function independently, with a minimum of supervision - Comfortable in presenting training and information seminars to customers - Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills - Exhibits high level of critical thinking abilities - Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software. - Willingness to travel up to 70% within the US. Occasional international travel may be required. The pay range for this full-time position is a salary $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD Annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Provide pre-, peri-, and post-sales technical support to customers through live demonstrations, troubleshooting inbound customer questions/issues, proactive engagement with customers, and collecting feedback for product development, supporting operations communications, aligning shipments, diagnosing technical issues, and doing basic preventative maintenance on instrumentation. • Demonstrate the value of ONI’s technology suite to potential customers through in-person demonstrations at customer sites across multiple application spaces • Deliver high-quality customer experience by maintaining cutting-edge imaging method expertise, operating as a peer to customers • Create product awareness by engaging with the scientific community, answering technical questions, delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase ONI’s products at conferences, webinars, seminars, and other industry events • Work closely with the Sales team to understand the status and details of each opportunity in the sales funnel, and providing scientific insights during pitches and meetings with potential customers • Design and conduct experiments at customer’s sites or in ONI’s laboratory, to highlight how ONI’s technology suite can solve specific challenges and meet their needs • Assist customers in the setup and operation of products by conducting demonstrations and training sessions, both remotely and on-site, to ensure customers can effectively utilize ONI’s products • Provide ongoing hands-on support and guidance to customers, serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, support requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Facilitate the packing & shipping of components, instruments and products to customer base and internal users using couriers • Work with global logistics team to coordinate shipments and liaise with external and internal customers on a daily basis • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, demonstration outcomes, technical issues, and resolutions in Salesforce • Generate regular reports on customer feedback, product performance, and customer success metrics for Product and Marketing teams to assess and improve customer satisfaction

• Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to ensure successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation. • Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and field problem-solving. • Support customers and internal teams by preparing technical documentation, training materials, and maintaining accurate records of support activities. • Collaborate closely with service, support, development, and commercial colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve the customer experience.
