Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical
Anduril Industries
• Own and manage the electrical commodities/subcategories (cables, harness, capacitors, connectors, PCB/PCBA, chips, etc.) to execute supplier production (NPI to full production) strategies across Anduril’s business lines • Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and overall commodity strategy, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, proactivity, technical excellence, creativity, self-direction, and courage • Vet Suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, workforce for supplier inclusion in Approved Supplier List • Support Supply Chain Product Sourcing Engineers (PSE), Supply Chain Global Strategic Sourcing Management (GSS) and Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) in ensuring Suppliers' understanding and adherence to the criteria for part quality set by SQE • Own bringing up new production tooling & lines, development at Supplier as needed, at Supplier sites to ensure materials, processes & tools are capable of meeting product performance, quality (criteria set by SQE) and demand requirements • Own capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at Supplier • Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at Supplier • Identify and drive product and process improvements, factory layout optimization at Supplier sites to lower part cost, reduce supply risk, eliminate potential defects, and improve cycle time over the product lifecycle • Support SQE with root cause task force at Anduril by working in tandem with the Supply Chain team, Suppliers, and be responsible for closing the loop of root cause corrective/preventative actions at Supplier
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with specific category technical expertise, as applicable, electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T
- Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Role Description Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Quality Engineer (QA/QC). This role can be based remote within the United States with up to 75% travel. The Electrical Construction Quality Engineer (QA/QC) is responsible for ensuring that all electrical construction activities comply with design drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards. This role supports engineering and construction project teams by implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, reviewing submittals, and verifying that all installations meet design intent, and all applicable codes and regulations. This role works closely with project managers, field supervision, EHS/safety personnel, owners/customers, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery of electrical construction. The Construction Quality Engineer is the subject matter expert (SME) for all quality related issues associated with electrical construction and incidental construction scopes/trades. The Construction Quality Engineer is expected to travel to project sites as needed to support onsite construction activities. Travel may be substantial for considerable periods of time. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR a high school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of experience performing quality control and/or quality assurance activities on commercial electrical construction projects. - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing quality control and/or quality assurance activities for commercial, industrial, utility, or mission-critical electrical construction projects. - Experience overseeing quality control activities for electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of power distribution systems and equipment, including one or more of the following: substations, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, panelboards, protective relays, grounding systems, cabling, raceways, or control systems. - Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. - This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Requirements - Substantial field construction experience, including construction management and quality oversight. - Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of power distribution systems, UPS, and battery energy storage systems. - Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, NICET, Certified Electrical Inspector (CEI), ICC Electrical Inspector, CQM-C, ASQ, ACI, AWS/CWI, or similar. - OSHA 30-Hour Construction and First Aid/CPR certification. - Experience performing electrical, concrete, structural steel, and welding inspections. Skills - Knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning. - Understanding of construction processes and quality requirements related to electrical, concrete, earthwork, structural steel, and general building construction. - Working knowledge of applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS, ICC, ASME, USACE, FM Global, and ISO). - Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, construction drawings, and specifications. - Experience developing, implementing, and managing quality programs, inspections, audits, and corrective actions. - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
