They will partner closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to resolve inquiries, support key HR programs. systems, and coordinate training, onboarding, and recruitment activities. The HR Generalist is hybrid-based, working at Hopkinton, MA site from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on other days. Role Summary: - Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day actions and inquiries that arise. - Provides guidance on complex employee relations matters including but not limited to; corrective action, coaching, leave of absence, feedback, performance management and supporting investigations as needed while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy. - Execute HR processes using the HRIS and related systems, including job changes, manager changes, one-time reward and recognition payments, and other employee data updates. - Special Projects, assist HRBPs with organizational training programs and career development initiatives, support employee engagement activities, wellness events, and participate in various committees as assigned. - Generate workforce reports and analytics using HRIS and payroll/timekeeping systems, including quarterly reporting, workforce planning data, attrition analysis, new hire metrics, and customized reports to meet evolving business needs. - Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment activities including but not limited to job postings, sourcing resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, preparing offer letters, and attending job fairs. - Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview guidance, candidate communication and feedback, and support for offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure compliance with EEO regulations and company hiring policies. - Maintain accurate documentation in HRIS/ATS systems. - Perform other related duties as assigned or needed. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience working in HR or in recruiting. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, including clear and timely writing and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and candidates. - Highly motivated self-starter and team player with a collaborative style. - Strong proactive mindset with the ability to follow through on fast-moving requests and take initiative on day-to-day HR and recruiting activities. - Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while following HR policies and applicable labor laws. - Strong computer skills, including comfort working in HR systems (such as HRIS) and using reporting tools. - Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and maintaining complete, up-to-date records. - Flexible and adaptable to competing priorities. The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
