HR Technology Analyst

• Provide technical support for the HR, Payroll and Timekeeping systems • Continuously enhance HR technology to deliver an exceptional employee experience • Support daily operations related to Dayforce WFM processes, including configuring and testing new requirements • Provide support by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution for users • Maintain HR data integrity by auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing employee data changes • Partner with HR partners to identify and deliver optimization opportunities • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders • Partner with stakeholders to test, validate, and document system updates and enhancements • Manage HR Data imports • Provide coaching on HCM processes and best practices • Perform other HRIS-related duties as assigned, including process improvement, system optimization, and special projects
Job Requirements
- Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS; experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis of data and system issues
- Experience working within a case management platform
- Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Process oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort in an unstructured environment, ability to quickly adapt
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize system use

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees • Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees • Administer employee benefits programs and benefit communications • Administer all employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, personal leaves, and other time-off requests • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and personnel files • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies • Identifying and implementing solutions that support employee motivation and engagement • Coordinating background checks and ensuring all reports are complete and properly tracked.
