Finance Business Analyst
Turner & Townsend
• Manage month end revenue analysis • Prepare, iterate and present annual budget and monthly forecasts • Maintain standardized financial and operational KPI reporting • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors • Provide clear variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance • Use existing procedures to solve standard problems • Assist operations team with all D365 functions such as project setup and invoicing • Keep updated on relevant D365 product developments • Identify and document the suitability of various data sources to be used for reporting purposes • Utilize analytics and visualization tools to deliver an interactive report experience to the end user • Establish usage tracking systems used to inform further report development • Support on ad hoc information and analysis requests
Job Requirements
- Relevant professional experience having worked in the consultancy industry
- At least 1-3 years of experience with finance, data analysis and visualization
- Experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Experience in project co-ordination that could include setting up meetings, taking meeting notes, writing/managing meeting agendas, action item follow up and communicating with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with modern workplace environments and tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a large organization
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent) - required
- Professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body - desirable
