Junior Owners Advisor
Brown and Caldwell
• Support Senior Owner’s Advisors in successful planning, procurement development and strategy, procurement and project execution, and compliance of collaborative delivery projects. • Act as a liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders. • Help Owner’s selection of project delivery methods, plan and support market sounding, develop Requests for Qualifications and Proposals, identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies, and review responses.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Typically, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Prior experience supporting management of small, straightforward projects.
- Prior experience in and understanding of collaborative project procurement or delivery – Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC or GC/CM) – preferred.
