Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Health Care or related field preferred; or high school diploma and appropriate combination of education and experience
- 3+ years’ experience in health care setting
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Lead complex IT business application projects from inception through deployment using Agile methodologies • Oversee data flow and structural architecture across multiple interconnected enterprise systems • Gather technical requirements, map functional workflows, and translate business needs into technical specifications • Maintain product backlogs, plan sprints, and run daily standups within Jira • Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business executives to ensure alignment
