• Orientation client • Développer et qualifier un portefeuille d’opportunités auprès de clients moyens et grands comptes. • Établir des relations de confiance avec des décideurs (TI, innovation, opérations, data, direction). • Comprendre les enjeux d’affaires et proposer des solutions adaptées : données, IA, automatisation, solutions agentiques. • Positionner des projets alignés avec l’expertise de la BU Data & AI et les priorités du marché. • Assurer une veille active sur les tendances (IA, agentique, MLOps, gouvernance). • Contribuer à l’évolution des offres en partageant les besoins et signaux du marché. • Piloter le cycle de vente complet : prospection, qualification, cadrage, proposition, négociation, conclusion. • Mobiliser les experts internes (Data, IA, POC, R&D) pour sécuriser la qualité des propositions. • Assurer une prévisibilité commerciale et une gestion rigoureuse du pipeline. • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, marketing, recrutement et direction. • Contribuer aux initiatives transverses de développement des affaires et aux synergies entre pratiques.

Job Requirements

  • Compréhension solide des solutions Data, IA, automatisation ou transformation numérique.
  • Expérience démontrée en développement des affaires B2B, idéalement en services-conseils ou technologies.
  • Succès avéré dans la gestion de cycles de vente complexes et la conclusion d’ententes de services.
  • Formation : Diplôme universitaire en administration, technologies, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Mobilité : Capacité à développer les affaires au Québec, avec une ouverture vers l’Ontario.
  • Communication : Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.
