• Manage a portfolio of U4F customers as their primary commercial contact and product advocate • Own customer retention and expansion outcomes, identifying and progressing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting • Find whitespace opportunities and drive a value based sales approach • Conduct structured account reviews to understand customer priorities, open issues, adoption, and future roadmap needs • Identify white space opportunities and lead a value based sales engagement • Build strong, senior‑level stakeholder relationships, positioning Unit4 as a long‑term strategic partner • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align customer needs with solution positioning and value realization • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, including accurate forecasting, pipeline progression, and opportunity stage management • Contribute to the U4F go‑to‑market strategy by bringing customer insights that shape product development and commercial execution
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise software customers, ideally within financial management, ERP, SaaS, or other complex B2B solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving revenue, renewal, retention, and account‑growth targets
- Experience using MEDDPICC as a sales methodology to navigate complex sales cycles whilst ensuring a value based sales approach
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior finance stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, consultative approach with strong organisational discipline and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a transforming environment with evolving processes, structures, and product offerings
