• Provide content validation across GDS channels and displays • Conduct routine audits across air and/or hotel content • Conduct real-time fare & rate audit • Identify inefficiencies in content loading and validation workflows • Diagnose discrepancies and determine cause • Communicate the analyses in an effective manner with internal regional teams and illustrate recommended levers to act upon findings
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sabre and Amadeus
- Prior experience in the travel industry, focused on air and/or hotel
- Experience with data validation, QA processes, or auditing workflows
- Ability to interpret information and identify discrepancies or anomalies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of airline fare rules or hotel rate distribution is a plus

• Build and maintain pro forma models for potential acquisitions across multiple asset types and deal structures. • Analyze deal economics, including cash-on-cash returns, IRR, equity multiples, NAV impact, yield on cost, debt service coverage, and sensitivity to key assumptions. • Stress-test assumptions around rent growth, operating expenses, cap rates, exit timing, leverage, interest rates, hold periods, and capital needs. • Partner with acquisitions, asset management, finance, and leadership to translate deal terms, business plans, and market assumptions into clear model inputs. • Evaluate potential acquisitions across asset types such as multifamily, build-to-rent, mixed-use, value-add, and other residential-focused real estate opportunities. • Support capital structuring analysis, including debt assumptions, equity requirements, refinancing scenarios, and investor return profiles. • Maintain and update models as deals move through the pipeline, from initial screening through investment committee review and closing. • Review operating statements, rent rolls, market comps, loan terms, third-party reports, and other diligence materials to support underwriting assumptions. • Identify key risks, sensitivities, and value drivers in each deal and clearly communicate them to the team. • Summarize model outputs into clear investment memos, decision-support materials, and committee-ready presentations. • Support ongoing portfolio performance analysis, including actual-to-budget reviews, valuation updates, NAV-related analysis, and scenario planning. • Help improve our underwriting process, model templates, internal reporting, and investment committee materials as the team continues to grow.

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for contractors and branch teams focused on refrigerant recovery, handling, storage, and reclaim best practices • Serve as a subject matter expert on EPA regulations (e.g., Section 608), A2L refrigerant transition (R32, R454B), and compliance requirements • Translate refrigerant recovery and reclaim strategies into field-level execution playbooks that drive adoption and consistency • Partner with Sales and Operations to position refrigerant recovery and reclaim as a contractor profitability lever, including cost avoidance and efficiency gains • Support development and rollout of reclaim programs, including contractor engagement, incentive structures, and vendor coordination • Analyze refrigerant usage, recovery rates, and reclaim participation to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities • Provide field feedback to influence pricing strategies, product positioning, and refrigerant portfolio decisions • Support branch and contractor readiness for regulatory changes and compliance audits, ensuring alignment with company policies • Collaborate with internal teams (EPO, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to drive process improvements that simplify recovery and increase participation rates • Assist in the creation of training materials, SOPs, digital tools, and field communications to scale best practices • Participate in pilot programs and innovation initiatives to enhance refrigerant lifecycle management and circular economy efforts
