Principal Concierge

Copia Wealth Studios

• Successful candidates will forge new divisions, make inroads with our patrons, and define best practices. • Provide strategic oversight while onboarding patrons, ingesting documents, supporting/clarifying functionality. • Work closely with other delivery teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of Copia's clients. • Work in a complex, team-oriented, fast-paced environment alongside the Copia team, patrons, and 3rd party partners.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services, private banking, or financial technology.
  • A big plus for candidates who hold a CFA, CAIA, or CFP.
  • College/University degree or related work experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Slack, and any other applicable customer communication technology.
