Regional Sales Manager

Fox Factory

• Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan, and other franchise dealerships • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic business development and account management • Prospect new dealership opportunities and expand Fox Factory's dealer network • Develop quarterly and annual sales forecasts by product line, vehicle platform, and SKU • Maximize revenue per vehicle through product mix and value-based selling • Implement best practices that improve dealership sales performance and retail success • Conduct regular in-person dealership visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ride-and-drive events • Identify new vehicle platforms, emerging market opportunities, and business development initiatives aligned with Fox Factory's growth strategy • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and dealer support • Maintain accurate CRM activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline management

Job Requirements

  • Previous automotive, OEM, dealership, or aftermarket sales experience
  • Established relationships with dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, and decision-makers
  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based business applications
  • A passion for trucks, SUVs, and the automotive lifestyle
