Job Description

Maintenance Technician

EMCOR Group, Inc.

• Frame metal stud or wood framed walls and ceilings • Hang and Finish Drywall in preparation for finishes • Install wood and hollow metal frames and doors, including associated hardware including locks, closers, and panic devices • Completes general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc. • Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains and toilets • Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid throughout the buildings and offices • Include minor electrical repairs • Install wood trim including base, crown molding, chair rail, and door trim

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 4 – 6 years related experience
  • Must possess a valid driver license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
