Salesforce Administrator
Datavant
• Manage all aspects of user and license management, including creating/deactivating user accounts • Implement configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts • Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards • Design, build, and optimize business processes and workflows • Monitor system performance, install and test updates • Develop training materials and conduct ongoing user training sessions • Assist with the management and integration of third-party applications
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.
- Proficiency in standard Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, security controls).
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management best practices.
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Demand Tools.
