Enterprise Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting through demo and close • Sell into enterprise brokerages, carriers, wirehouses, and large financial institutions • Build and nurture relationships across a relationship-driven, in-person market • Run discovery and product demonstrations for a complex platform • Travel roughly once per month for conferences and in-person selling • Partner with marketing and customer success to identify and win the right accounts

Job Requirements

  • 7-15 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with a track record of larger deals
  • Demonstrated success at startups, ideally selling into old-school industries
  • Strong hunter mentality with the velocity, energy, and drive to source and build relationships quickly
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, high-energy presence
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology and AI tools
  • Consistent top performance, having crushed quota at recent roles
  • Bonus: direct experience selling into insurance or financial services
