• Define and execute AutoStore’s global web and digital experience strategy aligned with brand and ABM goals. • Build a seamless, customer-centric journey supporting awareness, consideration, and conversion stages. • Lead initiatives to personalize the digital experience using AI-driven content recommendations and behavioral data. • Oversee global content delivery and localization across all digital channels. • Apply AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbots, and content optimization platforms) to enhance engagement and conversion. • Partner with brand, content, campaign and product marketing teams to create consistent, high-performing landing pages and experiences. • Lead global AEO and tagging strategy, ensuring proper data capture and performance insights. • Use AI-assisted AEO tools to optimize organic performance and keyword targeting. • Translate data into actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement in visibility and engagement. • Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, CMS, CRM, and analytics tools for lead tracking and nurturing. • Utilize AI-powered lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation to improve marketing efficiency. • Own CMS operations (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar), ensuring scalability, localization, and strong UX. • Champion AI-enhanced content management, including tagging automation, asset recommendations, and performance prediction. • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on technical development and system improvements.

Role Description We are hiring a Strategic Buyer who will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies for AutoStore’s electronics commodity in the most efficient way. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, ensuring the procurement of high-quality electronic parts in a timely and cost-effective manner, working with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and supporting the company's production and innovation objectives. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and compliance standards while analyzing monthly performance reports to drive improvements and achieve KPI targets. - Conduct price benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities, communicate findings internally and externally, and ensure accurate price updates in ERP. - Work closely with suppliers to reduce lead times for key components, manage inventory efficiently, and develop storage strategies for better stock accessibility. - Address shortages and unexpected costs by coordinating with suppliers, tracking additional expenses, and managing test equipment retrieval and maintenance. - Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to support production needs, handle PRQ requests, manage supplier quotations, and maintain an up-to-date master BOM for inventory optimization. Qualifications - 3+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), including Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). - Be proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Be fluent in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. - Have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and stay updated on market trends and industry best practices. • Building the AutoStore as a Service Program and playbooks (GTM plays, positioning, value narratives, sales processes, financial and operational mechanisms) • Positioning AutoStore as a Service offer to 3PL Customers and Integration partners as a flexible mechanism for warehouse automation, generating and closing more pipeline opportunities taking share from addressable market. • Landing the offer with 3PL customers, partners and teams through enablement • Incorporating 3PL customer and integration partner feedback into an effective sales program and business model for AutoStore as a Service offer and continuously ensuring viability and relevance. • Collaborating with 3PL customers to understand their logistics goals, ensuring service quality, and driving retention through solutions.
As a Global Master Planner, you will help shape how we align global demand, supply, and production capabilities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and working with data to drive smarter decisions across teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead global master planning by translating demand into feasible supply and production plans while balancing the production plan across multiple factories to ensure optimized cross‑site allocation. - Develop and maintain planning models and parameters (lead times, lot sizes, calendars) to optimize inventory levels and production schedules. - Monitor and analyse global supply chain performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to meet service and cost targets. - Balance demand and capacity constraints, performing scenario analysis and recommending actions to mitigate risks and maintain service levels. - Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to synchronize planning activities and resolve constraints. - Ensure the accuracy of key planning data to support reliable planning and decision-making. - Contribute to improving planning tools and workflows, leveraging analytics and automation to improve efficiency and transparency. - Prepare and present planning insights and scenarios with relevant stakeholders, supporting operational and strategic decision-making. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on resilience, agility, and sustainability in global planning processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. - Several years of experience in global supply chain planning, master scheduling, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience with planning systems (SAP considered an advantage) and strong skills in Power BI and Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex scenarios clearly.
