• Provide essential support to the sales team at a rapidly growing US based software company • Structure pricing and provide quotations for customers and partners • Work with multiple teams to build and approve pricing and deal structure • Use CPQ and available tools to issue quotation documents • Gain and maintain product knowledge of the SailPoint product suite • Ensure discount levels and payment terms are compliant with company guidelines • Monitor pricing exception approvals and build relationships with approvers • Check for forecast accuracy in Salesforce.com • Perform post close audit reviews to ensure accuracy in contract records
Job Requirements
- Japanese speaker
- Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.com and quoting tools, ideally Salesforce CPQ
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of subscription and perpetual models desirable
- Ability to manage expectations of a sales team with tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities
- Aptitude to manage discounting and margins for partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe DC
- Mathematically inclined and data driven
- Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload with minimal oversight

• Monitor daily cash balances and forecasted cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. • Manage daily cash activity, including cash posting, general ledger coding, and journal entry preparation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). • Execute banking transactions such as wire transfers, ACH payments, account transfers, and deposits; process and resolve positive pay exceptions. • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies including unapplied cash. • Optimize liquidity by analyzing cash positions and recommending funding strategies to support operational needs. • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements; support audit requests. • Prepare and distribute daily cash reports and support Finance in aligning actuals to the 13-week cash forecast. • Analyze cash flow variances and provide insights to FP&A to support decision-making. • Administer corporate credit card and travel & entertainment (T&E) expense processes, including expense report review and charge reconciliation.
