Financial Analyst

Superior Plus Propane Talent Acquisition

Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the team. - Educate Customers regarding their accounts, interest fees, credit reporting, collection activity, and payment options. - Contact residential and commercial customers with accounts 60+ past due calls and letters. - Resolve collections issues, adjustments, account holds, processing payments. - Collaborate with Credit Team & CSC locations as needed. - Responsible for payment plans; working with escalated challenging accounts; provide recommendations for write-offs. - Weekly AR reporting and monitoring. - Recommend accounts for termination. - Work with 3rd party collections as needed. - Adherence to Fair Debt Collections Standards and the Superior Plus Vision. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - 2-3 years of collections experience; related job experience. - Adherence to state and federal regulations with debt collections. - Skilled with Microsoft Word and Excel. - Excellent customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening. Requirements The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for overtime pay once scheduled work week hours are met. Please note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only.
