Role Description Mass Culture is a paid media agency and growth partner for mission-driven scale-up brands. We're looking for a freelance Paid Social Specialist to own and execute paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth. You'll work directly on client accounts across key social platforms, managing campaigns end-to-end with precision and accountability. Qualifications - 4–6 years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience. - Demonstrated experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and/or LinkedIn. - Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative strategy, and funnel-based campaign structures. - Comfortable working with performance data and translating it into clear recommendations. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and communicate clearly with internal teams. - Current knowledge of platform algorithm changes, creative best practices, and industry trends. Requirements - Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok (Web and GMV max), Reddit, Snap, Axon, Pinterest and other relevant platforms, aligned with client goals and budget parameters. - Develop and execute audience targeting strategies across platforms, including prospecting and retargeting. - Structure campaigns by funnel stage, optimizing for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives. - Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and ROAS. - Use platform-native and third-party analytics tools to identify performance gaps and opportunities, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. - Ensure accurate pixel and event tracking, and consistent reporting across accounts. - Collaborate with internal strategists and creative teams to align on briefs, test hypotheses, and deliver campaign updates as needed.
