Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support in a high-volume environment. This position will provide support to our clients by completing tasks including, but not limited to: - Post jobs to various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems. - Conduct outbound phone screens to potential candidates, both scheduled and yet to schedule. - Accurately record candidate answers and conduct interviews in a professional manner. - Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews by coordinating with candidates and client managers. - Manage shared email boxes and respond to candidate and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Extend verbal and written offers of employment to qualified candidates. - Perform onboarding requests for new hires in company portal. - Assist with other duties as needed. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred. - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. - Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. - Consistent professionalism and dependability. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a can-do attitude. - Strong computer skills with specific experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking skills. - Ability to conduct multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines. - Access to a quiet work environment free from distractions, with good internet connection and a reliable mobile phone.
