Role Description The MEP coordinator will work cross-departmentally to support the successful execution of integrated delivery projects. This role will lead the implementation of equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC testing, and startup support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: - Project Support: - Support the management of project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking. - Closely collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Leads, VP of Delivery, VP of Services, and other stakeholders. - Continuously and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to optimize project outcomes. - Technical Expertise: - Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues. - Provide hands-on expertise to ensure projects and products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. - Support the design, installation, and maintenance according to project specifications and industry best practices. - Quality Control: - Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. - Implement and maintain quality control procedures. - Identify and address quality issues or discrepancies. - Support the attainment of equipment production and delivery schedules from our partners and suppliers. - Safety: - Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. - Ensure all work is performed safely and responsibly. Qualifications - Field experience in Construction Management or related field, skilled trades, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of five years of experience in MEP design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical background. - A strong understanding of mission critical electrical power distribution systems (e.g., generators, UPS, PDU, STS), mechanical systems, and industry standards. - Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization – leading, collaborating, following, motivating, and supporting teams effectively. - Ability to cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment. - Maintain discretion and confidentiality. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Requirements - FLSA executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where project requirements and tight client deadlines may require workweeks over 40 hours (including weekends or holidays). - Work is conducted in an office environment and at client sites with exposure to the elements and harsh environments. - Significant desk work on a computer. - Lifting requirements of fifty (50) pounds. All lifting should be done following OSHA standards. • Serve as the primary laboratory and technical specialist within Medical Affairs for the KRYPTOR compact plus, KRYPTOR gold, and related assay portfolio • Provide customer-facing technical education on instrument operation, assay workflow, implementation considerations, validation planning, and best practices for use in clinical and research environments • Support customer and/or study site onboarding and implementation activities, including workflow discussions, assay setup, operator education, and coordination with internal technical and commercial teams • Guide laboratories and research customers through assay verification and validation processes, helping them understand performance characteristics, workflow requirements, documentation expectations, and operational considerations • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to study sites and customers, including utilization and workflow assessments, process optimization, best practice sharing, refresher training, and coordination of preventive maintenance activities

• Support growth through technical sales expertise and customer relationship management • Provide sophisticated technical guidance while promoting innovative life science product portfolio to academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers • Work closely with sales teams and customers to deliver effective value propositions • Conduct product demonstrations • Provide comprehensive application support • Help customers advance their research and manufacturing capabilities while contributing to the mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
