• uses data analysis, discretion, and independent judgment to provide insights into strategic initiatives related to HR management planning. • Evaluates the HR business programs and end user data requirements. • develops analytical and reporting tools to address those needs. • Serves as HR business analytics subject matter expert and supports HR in the utilization of analytics to promote achievement of HR program objectives. • Creates meaningful HR metrics and reporting that provide insights into strategic issues related to workforce planning and management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources or Administrative Support experience.
- Minimum of one year of analytics experience related to HR.
- Preferred: Hospital or Healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- Preferred: Coursework in Data Analytics for HR; Workday report writer and/or calculated fields training.
- Required: Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ability to develop and frame analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Strong attention to detail with good organization skills.
- Strong listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work with various levels of management and maintain a critical level of confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Role Description The HR Employee Data Analyst is a vital role at MultiCare, providing ongoing support to internal MHS teams and data processing and review. This role manages employee data in multiple systems, audits and analyzes all system changes to ensure validity and accuracy. In this position, you will utilize various media to ensure employee concerns are met, reviewed and resolved. Work situations are varied and require a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, problem analysis, and high attention to detail. Responsibilities - Respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding personnel data changes, internal transfers, pay and benefits questions, and other employee concerns. - Process and review all personnel actions in HRIS system. - Perform bi-weekly audits on system changes and analyze areas of concern or trend. - Collaborate with other stakeholder groups on system requirements, audits and process flows including but not limited to, mergers & acquisitions, new/ratified union contracts, internal training, and process improvement. - Track problem resolution using a case management system, responding and/or resolving the needs of the employees, triaging and escalating to Tier 3 as needed.
