• Ensure Trading regulatory requirements remain accurate, current, and aligned with evolving gaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions. • Partner with the Trading Operations Team to communicate new and updated regulatory requirements that impact emerging wagering markets. • Serve as a subject matter expert on trading compliance matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the business. • Design and improve processes for tracking regulatory requirements, internal controls, and trading system configurations. • Build and maintain productive relationships with gaming regulators to secure approvals for new sports wagering offerings. • Collaborate with the Legal Team to support jurisdiction launches, regulatory submissions, and customer-facing content reviews. • Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions that support operational efficiency while meeting regulatory obligations.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory-focused role.
- Experience reviewing legal, regulatory, or compliance documentation and partnering with legal or regulatory stakeholders.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and investigative skills with the ability to evaluate complex regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, sports wagering, or experience working within a regulated environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Role Description The Regulatory Specialist performs a variety of duties, technical and administrative tasks, and customer relations functions in support of city permit, country permit, railroad permit processes along with Corp of Engineers permitting requirements. - Project scheduled to kick off this summer, June-September. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities - Ensures that permits are acquired correctly and promptly. - Communicates directly with the client regarding agreement language, compensation, insurance requirements, bonds, and long lead items. - Collaborates and communicates with other permit agents, survey crew, drill crew, and recording crew to maximize efficiencies. - Participates in the permit project start-up meetings and ensures an absolute understanding of all topics discussed. - Completes all necessary paperwork. - Researches ownership for surface and/or minerals. - Negotiates and acquires necessary surface and/or mineral permits for crew access. - Works directly with the project manager, project engineers, and surveyors to receive the necessary documents such as calculations, pipeline specifications, and exhibits. - Supports surveying, drilling, and recording phases, making sure permit stipulations are followed, and addressing problems as the issues arise. - Other duties as assigned or required.
