Talent Manager

• Proactively source and shortlist A-level creative talent (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.) • Conduct screening calls to assess skill set, cultural fit, and communication capabilities • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs • Partner closely with Creative Leadership to identify talent gaps and hiring priorities • Have briefing calls with potential talent to clearly explain project deliverables, set expectations, and align on creative goals to ensure high-quality, on-brand output that drives performance • Manage and optimize the full talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding • Use spreadsheets to organize and track talent pools • QC and QA of submitted content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives before final delivery • Stay updated on creative industry trends and talent standards • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all potential candidates • Using platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, and other sourcing tools to find high-quality talent.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Talent Manager, Creative Recruiter, or similar role
  • Proven success in identifying and hiring top creative talent
  • Comfortable and confident on calls with candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with creative teams
  • Ability to assess soft skills, cultural fit, and creative potential
  • Familiarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studies
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.

What You'll Be Doing - Lead and continuously evolve Game Changers, SIE’s enterprise-wide performance program, with a focus on clarity, fairness, and impact across 10,000+ global employees. - Design and implement performance frameworks that enable meaningful differentiation, clear goal alignment, and values-driven development feedback. - Oversee the adoption and optimization of BetterWorks for all performance, feedback, calibration, and talent review processes—including workflows, tools, and AI-assisted features. - Integrate performance with talent management processes such as promotions, succession planning, 9-box talent reviews, and internal mobility initiatives. - Collaborate with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs, and business leaders to build scalable performance enablement resources (e.g., manager trainings, toolkits, e-learnings). - Apply behavioral science and data insights to increase performance transparency, employee engagement, and leadership capability. - Ensure alignment between performance programs and SIE’s values (Passionate, Trailblazer, One) and our leadership behaviors. - Partner with the People Brand and Communications team to reinforce the tone, consistency, and impact of performance messaging. - Monitor and report performance health metrics, calibration patterns, and adoption KPIs to stakeholders including the CHRO and executive team. Qualifications - 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development roles, including at least 5 years in a global, matrixed organization. - Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide performance programs. - Strategic thinker with operational chops—you can zoom out to reimagine systems and zoom in to ensure flawless execution. - Executive presence with the ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders across functions and geographies. - Change-savvy, data-literate, and deeply curious—you leverage analytics, stakeholder feedback, and future-of-work trends to drive better outcomes. - Deep commitment to equity, transparency, and employee growth.
