• Develop and maintain websites for 15+ operating companies, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. • Implement website redesigns and updates as necessary, including changes to site structure, navigation, and visual elements. • Regularly audit websites to identify and address issues related to performance, functionality, and overall user experience. • Create and update landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns to drive conversions, collect leads, and enhance user engagement. • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for SEO, conversions, and alignment with campaign goals. • Work closely with the marketing teams to update website content, including text, images, banners, and calls to action to support ongoing campaigns and promotions. • Troubleshoot website issues, including broken links, formatting errors, and other technical problems. • Provide support as needed to resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal website performance. • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track user behavior, traffic, and conversion rates. • Provide regular reports on website performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. • Manage multiple website projects concurrently, maintaining an organized approach and meeting deadlines for updates, new builds, and landing page creation. • Maintain documentation of all website-related projects, including changes made, design elements, and content updates.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in web development tools and platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar content management systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a basic understanding of PHP or other web programming languages.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for tracking and reporting website performance.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, understand their needs, and translate them into website updates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects for different companies simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in website updates, content, and SEO optimization.
- Experience in landing page creation and A/B testing for conversions.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create or edit images and visual content for websites.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address website issues and improvements.

Role Description As our Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of daily property operations. Working hand-in-hand with your Pod Leader and other coordinators, you will ensure maintenance requests move efficiently from initial contact to completion. You will serve as the critical bridge connecting our residents, property owners, and trusted external vendors. Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Coordination & Property Support - Work Order Management: Monitor, create, and update new, recurring, or inspection-related work orders (including HOA and housing agency notices). - Triage & Troubleshooting: Evaluate the scope, urgency, and safety impact of requests, prioritizing habitability risks like gas issues or water leaks.
