• Responsibility for subprojects: You take ownership of implementing specific modules of our ERP system WOWIPORT for our clients, configure the modules, and enable client staff to use WOWIPORT. • You independently coordinate your on-site or remote appointments, ensure customer participation, and keep track of the subproject budget. • You work closely with the Project Manager on budget, schedules, quality, status reports and escalation issues, and you communicate project changes to the team. • You serve as the subject-matter contact for the WOWIPORT key users at the client company for your assigned modules and share your expertise internally within the team. • You are responsible for maintaining the data for your subproject in the project tool Asana. • You proactively communicate optimization suggestions and development approaches to increase efficiency and and create or update training materials.
Job Requirements
- You have completed training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann) or hold a degree with a focus on real estate or housing management, or you have a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the housing and real estate sector, ideally with a focus on homeowners' association (condominium) administration, banking, membership management, technical property management, financial accounting, or similar areas.
- You have a strong IT affinity, experience with housing industry software, and a curiosity to learn new technologies and tools.
- You communicate clearly and openly and can convey complex information in an understandable way, both within the team and when working with our clients.
- You are able to plan and prioritize your tasks independently to achieve your objectives efficiently.
- You are willing to visit our clients across Germany in person.

Role Description This role is part of Jabil's Renewable & Energy Infrastructure (R&EI) division, partnering with global customers to define, architect, and industrialize advanced HVAC and liquid-cooling systems for scalable manufacturing across different regions.
