• Advise clients on end-to-end solutions across data strategy, data management, and data quality. • Support business development, methodology development, team leadership, and delivery execution for data governance assessments and implementations. • Design and develop data governance technology solutions across data quality, data dictionaries, business glossaries, data standards, and data policies. • Define organizational design, governance processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, success metrics, and operating models for client data programs. • Build roadmaps covering technology, culture, governance, processes, skills, competencies, data quality, analytics, and data management maturity. • Lead and collaborate with data governance teams to create business cases, resource plans, implementation roadmaps, and enterprise data system assessments. • Assess current-state environments, identify client pain points and requirements, and help define a practical vision and strategy for becoming a data-driven organization. • Advise clients as a trusted partner and provide thought leadership on data governance, data management, cloud transformation, AI readiness, and related best practices. • Manage resources, budgets, project delivery, team development, training, mentoring, and performance assessment.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in data governance, data strategy, and data management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience building roadmaps for data, data management, data governance, data strategy, data quality, and analytics.
- Understanding of data governance and data management tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, DataHub, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing data governance operating models, including governance organizations, roles and responsibilities, and success metrics.
- Understanding of enterprise data concepts such as master data management, enterprise data warehouses, and MDM standards.
- Experience with one or more compliance or regulatory areas, such as BCBS 239, CCPA, GDPR, data privacy, or security standards.
- Certification or working understanding of DAMA / DMBOK principles for data management.
- Experience implementing solutions for monitoring and visualizing metadata for data governance.
- Experience developing data remediation and data management processes.
- Strong leadership skills, including team building, hiring, mentoring, and developing talent in data governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience designing data governance programs that support AI, advanced analytics, and AI use-case design.
- Knowledge of modern data platforms, including cloud-native architectures, data lakes, data mesh, and governance products such as Databricks and Microsoft Purview.

Role Description We're looking for a Data Centre Manager to lay the foundation for our AI compute infrastructure across the US. You'll be our hands-on lead technical specialist on the ground, owning everything from the first site walkthrough to the moment a high-density GPU cluster goes live. You'll take empty spaces and colo data halls and turn them into operational AI compute sites end to end. Responsibilities - Own the technical execution and infrastructure setup across our US compute sites, covering power, cooling, mechanical and electrical systems, to the highest standard of performance and reliability. - Lead early-stage site evaluations, assessing prospective spaces and colo data halls for technical feasibility before we commit. - Drive the full deployment lifecycle from site assessment and hardware selection through to physical installation, commissioning, and handover to live operations. - Act as the primary technical presence on the floor, working directly alongside contractors and internal teams to bring each site online. - Execute technical fitouts end to end, including logistics, equipment rigging, rack installation, and high-density hardware deployment. - Install, validate, and maintain direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops and the surrounding critical infrastructure. - Set and enforce structural, mechanical, and electrical safety standards across every site you own. Qualifications - Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects from the ground up, including DC fitouts, critical facility builds, or commissioning within colo or hyperscale environments. Owned end-to-end. - Deep technical ownership of mission-critical power infrastructure, covering HV/LV distribution, UPS, backup generation, and switchgear. Designed, maintained, or commissioned these systems directly. - Cooling systems depth across CRAC/CRAH, chilled water loops, and CDUs. Liquid cooling hands-on experience (direct-to-chip, immersion, rear-door) is a strong differentiator. - Exposure to high-density compute: HPC hardware, GPU rack architectures, or high-density data suites. Strong understanding of what extreme power density demands from the surrounding infrastructure. - Highly autonomous and self-directed, with a track record of taking full ownership of physical infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments. - Open to candidates based anywhere in the US.
