• Oversee all phases of infrastructure construction across multiple large-scale powered land and data center development sites nationwide. • Manage RFPs, bid reviews, and contract negotiations for general contractors, civil firms, utility partners, and major equipment vendors. • Direct field execution — ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met across all active projects. • Review and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents to identify risks, resolve design conflicts, and anticipate issues before they escalate. • Lead contractor and vendor onboarding, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and performance expectations. • Change management - Ensure cost and schedule impacts are fully validated and justified. • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as development, energy, engineering, and finance to ensure construction aligns with project and business objectives. • Establish and maintain project controls — progress reporting, risk tracking, schedule management, and cost forecasting. • Develop and enforce consistent standards for construction management, reporting, and quality assurance across all sites. • Act as the company’s on-site lead when required, representing ownership interests with contractors, utilities, and partners.
• Oversee all engineering activities related to land preparation for data center construction. • Work with contracted companies to facilitate the installation and integration of essential utilities, including solar energy systems, water supply, and fiber optics. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors, fostering strong working relationships to achieve project objectives. • Ensure all engineering work complies with local, state, and federal regulations. • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team and other departments.
• Act as a senior ambassador for the company, representing us at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, panels, and events. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with hyperscale customers, cloud providers, operators, infrastructure partners, utilities, co-ops, OEMs, and land development partners. • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, including joint ventures, land transactions, energy collaborations, and co-development initiatives. • Strategically position and “sell” current and upcoming data center sites, communicating value propositions clearly to customers and partners. • Develop a partnerships pipeline that supports long-range growth objectives, tracking opportunities from introduction through commercial engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams (development, energy, strategy, finance, and legal) to align partnership discussions with project timelines and company goals. • Lead major external engagements, including exploratory conversations, negotiations, and structuring of partnership frameworks. • Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify key players, emerging opportunities, and shifting customer demand. • Craft strategic messaging, external collateral, and talking points for conferences and partner engagements. • Represent the company as a thought leader, staying visible and active across the digital infrastructure community.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and pursue site selection opportunities. • Support negotiations and agreements with local governments, economic development agencies, and landowners. • Lead site acquisition efforts for new data center projects, including market analysis, site sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution. • Evaluate potential sites based on power availability, connectivity, zoning, permitting, and other development factors. • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, utilities, landowners, and local jurisdictions to support site selection and development. • Coordinate due diligence and entitlement processes, including environmental studies, title review, and permitting. • Partner closely with internal teams (strategy, engineering, finance, and legal) to align site development with company objectives. • Prepare business cases and investment memos to support site acquisitions and strategic growth decisions. • Track and report pipeline progress, ensuring leadership visibility on key milestones and challenges. • Drive process improvements that make site evaluation and development more efficient and scalable.
