• Lead and support delivery of Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives for State Medicaid Agencies (SMAs) and other Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies, including system modernization, implementation oversight and program advisory • Serve as a key client interface, providing guidance to agency stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making • Manage and coordinate across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including vendors, system integrators, and government entities at territory, state, and federal levels • Support vendor oversight, performance monitoring, and implementation activities to help ensure alignment with program objectives • Identify, manage, and communicate project status, risks, and issues driving timely resolution and maintaining stakeholder alignment • Lead and support the development and maturation of program and project governance structures, including PMO- or PgMO-aligned frameworks • Lead and contribute to strategic planning, funding and acquisition, program and project management, and vendor management services • Lead and contribute to the development of key MES deliverables such as Concepts of Operations (ConOps), Advance Planning Documents (APDs), MES Roadmaps, MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-As), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and engagement and federal reporting artifacts • Provide subject matter expertise in Medicaid domains such as eligibility and enrollment, claims, financial management, and provider management, advising on impacts of federal regulations, State Plan Amendments (SPAs), waivers, policy changes, operations, and process improvements • Provide system and implementation expertise including knowledge of Medicaid and HHS vendor marketplace, procurement processes, and system implementation life cycles • Support system integration and interoperability efforts, including coordination with federal data hubs and integration across MES modulars and related human services programs (e.g. SNAP, TANF) • Lead, develop, and manage staff in support of their professional development journeys and engagement responsibilities • Contribute to business development efforts and practice growth initiatives

Role Description The Master Data Manager is responsible for executing and sustaining the enterprise Master Data Management program across North America. This role ensures adherence to established governance standards, policies, controls, and business processes while driving data quality, process performance, and operational excellence across key master data domains. - Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers. - Leading day-to-day master data operations. - Monitoring performance against established KPIs. - Identifying improvement opportunities. - Ensuring consistent execution of governance practices that support business operations and strategic objectives. - Execute and sustain enterprise master data processes across Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing, and other key master data domains. - Ensure adherence to established master data governance standards, policies, controls, and business rules. - Drive data quality improvements through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Facilitate governance activities and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of data-related issues. - Develop and maintain data dictionaries, business definitions, hierarchies, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. - Partner with external service providers to monitor service delivery, data quality performance, and adherence to governance standards. - Support master data and technology initiatives, including ERP, MDM, and process transformation projects through requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities. - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, audit controls, and internal governance standards. - Develop and maintain reporting and performance metrics to measure data quality, operational effectiveness, and governance compliance. - Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while driving standardization and process optimization. Qualifications - Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Process Management, or related disciplines. - Preferred: - Experience with SAP, SAP MDG, or other Master Data Management platforms. - Experience supporting ERP implementations, data transformation, or business process improvement initiatives. - Six Sigma, PMP, Data Governance, or related certifications. - Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing industry. Requirements - Experience working across multiple master data domains within a complex enterprise environment. - Strong understanding of data governance principles, process controls, data quality management, and business process execution. - Experience managing third-party service providers and driving performance through defined service levels and operational metrics. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results without direct authority. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. • Lead consulting projects in the area of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) • Independently develop, operate and continuously improve ISMS based on ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, B3S, KRITIS, NIS-2 and/or TISAX • Conduct cyber risk assessments • Design and deliver trainings, workshops and awareness measures • Prepare security analyses for IT and cyber projects • Prepare and perform inspections, audits and reviews – including ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS-2, KRITIS, DORA, BSI IT-Grundschutz and TISAX • Lead projects on information classification and determination of protection requirements • Develop concepts for the prevention of and defense against threats and attacks • Advise clients on the selection, implementation and operation of IT security solutions • Support client projects in the area of AI governance • Take responsibility for your team, its capacity planning and budget – and actively contribute to shaping our consulting offering.
