Influencer Marketing Program Manager – Gaming

• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns and creator activations aligned to franchise priorities, launches, cultural moments, and community engagement opportunities. • Partner with influencer marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate campaign goals into clear creator-focused plans, timelines, deliverables, and activation workflows. • Manage day-to-day creator partnership operations, including creator outreach, agency communication, briefing, scheduling, deliverable tracking, approvals, and launch support. • Coordinate campaign logistics across multiple stakeholders, including asset delivery, content timelines, legal/approval workflows, and creator communications. • Help identify and recommend creators who align with brand values, audience goals, campaign objectives, and community expectations. • Maintain awareness of gaming creator trends, platform behaviors, emerging communities, and best practices across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. • Support creator engagement opportunities connected to tentpole moments, live events, multiplayer activations, sponsored programming, and other community-facing initiatives. • Track and interpret influencer campaign performance, contribute to reporting dashboards, and prepare campaign recaps with insights and recommendations. • Ensure creator partnerships feel authentic, community-first, on-brand, and aligned with player expectations. • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and at a high quality level.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall professional experience in marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, communications, entertainment, gaming, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent-driven campaign execution, or creator activations.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the gaming sector, ideally with a major game publisher, gaming platform, esports organization, or consumer-facing entertainment brand.
  • Experience managing influencer campaign workstreams, including outreach, briefing, scheduling, deliverables, approvals, and campaign timelines.
  • Strong understanding of creator platforms and social ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Strong analytical ability, including experience reviewing performance metrics, identifying campaign learnings, and turning insights into action.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners while maintaining brand and campaign standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft creator briefs, outreach messages, campaign documentation, and recap materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, culture-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across creative, marketing, legal, product, and external stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working with operational systems such as Office 365, influencer tracking tools, CRM-style workflows, and contract/payment processes.
