Job Requirements

- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook plus at least one CRM, case-management, or client-portal system
- C1+ English (CEFR) — written and spoken at near-native, mastery level for direct communication with US attorneys and medical professionals
- Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap
