Role Description A founder-led, tech-enabled legal-medical services company is looking for a Client Services Manager to own end-to-end case coordination and act as the operational backbone linking law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts. - Work From Anywhere in LATAM or the Philippines - Work Schedule: Eastern Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, 100% overlap required (Monday–Friday) - Compensation Range: $3,000 - $3,500 USD/month based on experience - The business is early-stage and lean, where one person owns broad operational scope and effectively runs their own workflow like a mini-GM. - Transactions are high-dollar and high-stakes, the audience is legal and medical professionals, and the culture rewards ownership, precision, and resourcefulness over rigid process. - Day-to-day, this role owns a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases across email, phone, and portal; manages invoicing, scheduling, and coordination; and builds or repairs the trackers and processes that keep everything moving. - Success means the founders no longer have to chase confirmations or invoices — they fully trust that day-to-day case management is handled, freeing them to focus on growth.
