Senior Performance Marketing Manager

• Own Franki's paid acquisition strategy across both B2C consumer growth and B2B merchant acquisition. • Manage and optimize performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid channels. • Lead external agency partners by setting goals, managing budgets, auditing campaign performance, and ensuring accountability. • Launch, test, and optimize campaigns directly within ad platforms when needed. • Drive consumer app installs, user acquisition, and in-app engagement while continuously improving customer acquisition costs. • Build and scale merchant lead generation programs that support Sales and improve lead quality and pipeline performance. • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap across creative, landing pages, audiences, and campaign optimization. • Own marketing attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards across tools including AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and Salesforce. • Manage paid media budgets and optimize investment across lower-funnel acquisition and upper-funnel brand awareness initiatives. • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency, accelerate testing, and scale creative production. • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience.
  • Experience managing both B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B lead generation programs.
  • Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Hands-on experience scaling mobile apps with a strong understanding of AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Conversions API, and mobile attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and modern marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing media agencies and holding partners accountable to aggressive performance goals.
  • A proven track record of improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership.
  • A highly execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
