Role Description We’re hiring a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce clients where performance is measured by ROAS, revenue, and efficiency. You will work hands-on inside Google Ads and Merchant Center, building and improving campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, while ensuring product feeds remain accurate, structured, and fully optimized for performance. This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating directly in accounts every day and turning platform work into clear, actionable insights for clients. The role also carries a clear growth path into deeper client ownership and mentorship as you evolve within the team. What You Will Own - Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for ecommerce clients - Own and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center, including disapprovals, attributes, and feed quality - Diagnose and resolve feed issues using feed management tools (e.g. DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics) - Continuously optimize performance through search term analysis, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing - Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and performance issues directly in-platform - Present performance insights, results, and recommendations directly to clients - Stay current with Google Ads updates and apply new features and automation where relevant - Share learnings and best practices with the broader paid media team Role Focus (What This Role Is) This is a hands-on performance marketing role where execution inside the platforms is central. You will be actively managing campaigns, improving feeds, and driving account performance day-to-day while directly owning client communication and results. Success in this role comes from strong in-platform execution, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear actions that improve ecommerce performance.
