• Own the technical roadmap in close collaboration with the product team and executive leadership. • Set the vision for engineering culture, delivery standards, and high development velocity. • Ensure engineering goals align with internal Adoreal priorities as well as clinic partners. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI teams. • Lead a 30+ person engineering team (and growing) across multiple time zones, with a majority based in LATAM. • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and high-performance contributors. • Foster a culture of learning the business and acting on behalf of the business with high accountability • Manage and deliver routine performance evaluations and performance improvement plans. • Oversee architecture and execution of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. • Create new products from scratch & integrate and adapt API driven solutions to scale product portfolio and address partner needs for ERP systems • Own DevOps, infrastructure, and data security strategies. • Help develop and build our IT department including, MDM, SSO, and HIPAA compliance. • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and translate them into tangible platform improvements. • Ensure the engineering org builds GDRP, HIPAA, and other-compliant, scalable SaaS solutions for the US plastic surgery practices.

• Come lead our customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a magical experience for our customers. • Work with partners like OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities. • Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform. • Own the technical prioritization queue. • Track voicebot and computer use to know when the technology crosses the threshold for serious investment.

• Come lead our customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a magical experience for our customers. • Work with partners like OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities. • Your scope will cover two layers: keeping the current AI platform running while driving the architectural decisions that determine its future state. • Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform, sequencing the work, aligning engineering, data, operations, and other teams on the plan, and driving execution. • Track voicebot and computer use closely enough to know when the technology crosses the threshold for serious investment.

• Responsible for supporting the quality and growth of the program through online instructor leadership, coordination of curriculum improvements, and regular teaching of software development courses. • Lead and manage a team of Pathway Brasil online instructors who teach software development courses. • Supervise instructors who teach introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses in the program. • Coordinate curriculum feedback and support course improvements based on input from students, instructors, BYU-Idaho faculty, and BYU-Pathway Worldwide academic teams. • Teach online courses in the Software Development program. • Support quality assurance in teaching and learning for the courses under your responsibility. • Mentor and develop instructors and graders by providing feedback, training, and ongoing support. • Promote program growth by contributing to strategic conversations, long-term planning, and alignment with academic and professional standards.
